Industrial AI Consultant with 18+ years in asset-intensive manufacturing. First decade hands-on across CNC machining, laser cladding, welding engineering and thermal spraying — building the floor-level intuition most consultants lack.
From 2018 onwards focused on process optimisation, ERP/WMS implementation and digital transformation as Technical Manager (De Zwaan Metaal) and Project Lead (Lagersmit Sealing Solutions). End-to-end WMS go-live with zero production downtime, phased warehouse rebuild during live operations, and authored the process automation roadmap.
